Not having any job skills, Nancy discovers the rewarding income in being the local neighbor pot dealer.
Of course, State laws are in place to help people from being abused by their landlords. This is excellent. What about the landlords? Should they have more rights in the matter?
One bill which may be passed is to let medical marijuana benefits for people with chronic conditions and pain to use it. The other one is to allow for those 21 and older to purchase and use marijuana for recreational use. There are a few stipulations to the bill. Those 21 and older are allowed to buy and use it and if the bill is passed, they might have to pay a 15% tax on their purchase. Additionally, the pot will only be sold by those institutions with a license.
